Six guided MTB tours depart from Tropea every week, many of which also include tastings of traditional Calabrian produce:

• An easy tour lasting a maximum of 3 hours, as far as Capovaticano lighthouse. At the end it is possible to take part in a tasting of honey and jams

• A more challenging full-day outing as far as Monte Poro, where renowned Calabrian Pecorino cheese is made

• A very challenging full-day tour on a quest to discover the real Calabria through small, little-known villages

• A medium-difficulty uphill tour lasting two and a half hours, as far as the chapel of Madonna della Fontana (which is set in the rock)

• A medium-difficulty tour lasting a maximum of 3 hours along the wine road; includes various tasting sessions

• A medium-to-hard route lasting a maximum of 3 hours which crosses the valley of theriver Ruffa
